Ohio Heat (South) TC is a youth AAU track program for ages 5-18. We are looking for kids serious about getting faster and dedicated to our track program. We are a travel track team (there are local meets). The 2024 AAU Jr. Olympic Games will be held at North Carolina A&T Stadium in Greensboro NC. 

Our focus is to teach young men and women proper technique for track & field. Our goal is to make each and every runner faster and hopefully get them on the podium at the AAU Jr. Olympic Games.
